How we use your information

Porsche Inter Auto România SRL (“PIA Romania”) organises the PIA Resolution Convention, Bucharest, 17–19 November 2026, and is the controller of the personal data collected through this website and the PIA Convention app.

What we collect

• Your name, email, company, job title and country, received from your organisation with the invitation.
• What you tell us when you register: attendance, mobile number, travel and transfer details, accommodation, dietary requirements and allergies, notes.
• When your pass is scanned at a venue, and your quiz answers and score.
• If you allow notifications, a push token for your device.

Why

To organise your participation — transfers, accommodation, catering, access to the venues — and to keep you informed during the event. Allergies and dietary requirements are shared only with the caterers and hotels that need them. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in organising the event you were invited to and, for photos, your consent.

Who sees it

The organising team at PIA Romania, and — only as needed — the hotel, transfer and catering suppliers. The service runs on servers in the European Union. We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising. The app has no tracking or analytics.

How long

We delete your registration data within 90 days after the event, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use — from the app (More → Delete my data) or by writing to the organisers. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP).
